Dear Ms. Hymes:
With regard to your letter received on August 30, 2023, along with photographs
requesting to remove one tall pine tree right next to house, and to cut back two
(2) lower branches that are hanging over the water and next to house on tree
located on the above-mentioned property which abuts the wetlands, and which
trees were seen by Trustee Liz Gillooly on September 5, 2023, the Board of
Trustees determined that the work as indicated above may be performed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
