Dear Mr. Fabiano:
With regard to your letter dated May 10, 2023, along with photographs requesting
to trim "a few" trees located in your yard which abuts the wetlands, and which
trees were seen by Trustee Liz Gillooly on August 15, 2023, the Board of
Trustees determined that two (2) dead branches on two (2) trees may be
trimmed (one branch on each tree).
No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

I own the property at 2386 Hyatt Road in Southold. I wanted to have a few trees trimmed that have dead branches on
them.These are pictures of the trees.These trees are above the slope of the bluff but within the 100 feet from the
edge.
I give permission to enter the property for any inspection needed.
