All applications for a floodplain development permit shall be accompanied by an application fee as established by resolution of the Town Board. In addition,the applicant shall be responsible for reimbursing the Town of Southold for any additional costs necessary for review, inspection and approval of this project. The local administrator may require a deposit to cover these additional costs. III. SEVERABILITY If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this Local Law shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the judgment shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid.
