PURPOSE To allow the Town of Southold to establish fees by Town Board resolution. II. AMENDMENT § 126-1 Administration. This chapter shall be*administered and conducted under the supervision of the Building Department of the Town of Southold. The Town's Building Inspectors, however, shall at no time be required to conduct electrical inspections nor.to perform any of the duties hereinafter assigned to Electrical Inspectors. The fee for electrical inspections shall be established by resolution of the Town Board. III. SEVERABILITY If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or,part of this Local Law shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the judgment shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid.
