AMENDMENT Chapter 260 of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended to include the underlined words and remove the struck through words as follows: § 260-27 Crosswalks. B. There shall be a pedestrian crosswalk at the following locations: Name of Street Location Old Sound Avenue Approximately 150 feet east of the intersection of Old Sound Avenue and Westphalia Road, Mattituck III. SEVERABILITY If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this Local Law shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the judgment shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid. IV.
