We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of Appeals to request a special exception for the following relief: - Located less than the code required minimum front yard property line setback of 40 feet. - Located less than the code required minimum side yard property line setback of 15 feet. - The construction exceeds the permitted sky plane as defined in Article XXXVI.
