Dear Mr. Mazzeferro:
Thank you for the cooperation during the fire inspection of
Island's End Golf Course on July 16, 1991.
The Occupancy Certificate indicating the maximum number of
people allowed inside the room, space, or building shall be
posted in a public location so as to be visible to the
public, the police, the fire inspector, or any inspecting
agency.
During the inspection the following were noted and should be
corrected immediately.
Flammability certificates are necessary for all awnings.
There shall' be kept on file and a copy forwarded to this
office.
Ali emergency lights must be in proper operating condition at
all times.
The west door from the bag room shall have a classroom
lock set that is lockable from the outside but not the
inside.
The west exit light in. the dining room shall be moved to be
over the exit door in the north wall.

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
· b. Plot plan showing location of lot and o~' buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
· c. The work covered by this application may not be cbmmenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. 'Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in Wiaole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
