Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the northerly line of the right of way intersects the easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue, said
point being 383.96 feet north of the intersection of the said Oaklawn Avenue with the northerly line of Pine Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 10 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East,the following two courses and distances:
