recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office,and the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed by Stanley 1.
Naugles to George Moss and wife,by deed dated March 30th, 1953,and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office;
RUNNING thence along said land now or formerly of Moss,being also along said center line South
6 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East,200.73 feet to land now or formerly of Cooper;
RUNNING thence along said land now or formerly of Cooper, South 78 degrees 47 minutes 30
seconds West, 110.39 feet to land now or formerly of Husak;
RUNNING thence along said land now or formerly Husak,North 6 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds
West,200.73 feet to said land now or formerly of Bugdin;
