I just spoke to John regarding the accessory garage. He will be updating the Pre-CO to include the guest quarters and bathroom, however, some work has been done that will need to be legalized. We will need a separate building permit application for the interior of the garage. We need plans for the new plumbing(riser diagram), HVAC specs and new window specs. Please forward these as soon as you can so I can issue the permit for the interior work. The other permit application will be for the new accessory deck/hot tub.
