ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ot'real property with
the buildings thereon erected, situate, lying and being near
Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of Now
York, bounded and described as follows,
BEGUNING at a point on the ordinary high water mark of Pipes
