Bronxville,NY 10708,as joint tenants with rights of survivorship,as to their 50% interest,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part.in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second pan,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pan,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected.situate.lying and being in the
Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,more particularly bounded and
described in Schedule"A"attached hereto and made a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
Deed made by Karen C.Rellstab a/k/a Karen Gandolfi dated December 19,2020 and recorded
February 26,2021 in Liber 13092 Page 721 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
Life Tenant,Karen C.Rellstab,created by Deed recorded in Liber 13092 Page 721,died a
resident of Suffolk County on June 13,2022.
This conveyance is intended to convey a 50% interest in the premises to Roberta Apuzzo and is
intended to convey the remaining 50% interest in the premises to Margherita Bonanno and
Dante Apuzzo,husband and wife,and Rosario Bonnano,as joint tenants with right of
survivorship.
TOGETHER with all right.title and interest.if any,of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof.TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first pan in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second pan,the heirs or successors and assigns ofthe party of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose,

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Third Street, distant 90.75 feet southerly, when measured
along the westerly side of Third Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side
