Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. According to the Code of the Town of Southold, Article XXVIII 100-284, it is unlawful to occupy or use a structure until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
