WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerati,on
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
AU. that certain plot. piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinglilldbl:x at Matti tuck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, being known and designated on a certain map entitled
"Map of Honeysuckle Hills", filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County as Map No. 7019 on 10/16/81 as Lot 6, and being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Lloyd's Lane with the westerly side of Sound View Avenue;
running thence along the northerly side of Lloyd's Lane south 89 degrees
23 minutes 00 seconds west 133.30 feet; thence northerly the following
two (2) courses and distances: 1) north 14 degrees 14 minutes 50 second
west 240.00 feet; 2) north 20 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds west 89.52
feet; thence north 72 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds east 143.63 feet
to land now or formerly of Martin Lamb; running thence along said land
now or formerly of Martin Lamb the following two (2) courses and
distances: 1) south 13 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds east 340.00 feet;
2) north 61 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds east 1.03 feet to the west-
erly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence along the westerly side
of Sound View Avenue south 13 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds east 29.37
feet to the corner and the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intenced to be the same premises as conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed from Thomas V. Perillo dated 1/6/84 and
recorded 1/13/84 in Liber 9495 cp 141.
THIS conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

'AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section \3 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this COnveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the ,party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
