Hicks. Also enclosed is a copy of the Fire Underwriter's Certificate issued November 1988 for the improvements completed to the accessory building. The Hicks advise that the original certificate was filed with your office and it may have been misapplied to their house. Their house was constructed in 1984 and the electrical work at the building for which we are now seeking a Certificate of Occupancy was completed in 1988. If there is any additional documentation required for your file, please advise. When the Certificate of Occupancy is issued, please forward to me a copy in the envelope enclosed. Thank you.
