Three copies of a survey denoting the edge of wetlands at or below the 5' elevation contour. The proposed addition which is to be built over an existing patio and extend no more than five feet from the existing building line is also shown. This, proposed addition is in excess of 75 feet from the edge of wetlands and further back than the existing adjacent porch as well as being at an elevation in excess of 20 feet above mean sea level. 2. Photographs showing the minimal wetland vegatation as well as the upland vegatation which extends up to the 15' elevation contour. There is an established lawn between the 15' elevation contour and the existing dwelling. I submit the above as part of my request that your office issue a letter of no permit necessary in light of the elevation and minimal nature of the work which is to be y located in the same area of an existing patio. Your timely response to the above will be greatly appreciated inasmuch as we would like to start the work mid-November prior to the onset,oi winter.
