Brim's (old J.H. Whitney House) swimming pool on Fishers Island. I have also enclosed three surveys showing the location of the swimming pool as prepared by Chandler, Palmer and King, and a check for $150.00. As we have discussed, the repairs comprise installing a new shotcrete liner and associated plumbing within the old steel pool. The existing masonry deck will be covered by a new coping and deck. All work will remain within the confines of the area of the existing pool deck.
