A copy of this permit with supplementary conditions and approved plans must be available at the project site whenever authorized work is in progress. 2. Contamination of tidal wetlands and the waters of New York State by suspended solids, sediments, fuels, lubricants, epoxy coatings, paints, concrete, leachate or any other environmentally deleterious materials associated with the conduct of the permitted activity is prohibited. 8. Any debris or excess material from construction of this project must be immediately and completely removed from the adjacent area and disposed of at an approved upland site. Disposal of debris in tidal wetlands is prohibited. 9. Construction equipment and materials must be stored in upland areas more than 75 ft. landward of the most landward edge of the tidal wetland boundary. 10. All areas of soil disturbance resulting from this project must be seeded with an appropriate perennial grass seed and mulched with hay or straw within one week of final grading. Mulch must be maintained until a suitable vegetative cover is established. 11. If seeding is impracticable due to the time of year, a temporary mulch must be applied and final seeding performed at the earliest opportunity when weather conditions favor germination and growth, but not more than six months after project completion. 12. All disturbed areas where soil is temporarily exposed or stockpiled for longer than one month must be stabilized with a temporary hay or straw mulch. Mulch must be maintained until a suitable vegetative cover is established. 13. Bales of hay or other means to control erosion are to be placed on the downslope edge of any disturbed area. This sediment barrier is to be put in place before any disturbance of the ground occurs and is to be maintained in good condition until all disturbed land is heavily vegetated. 14. Disturbance to the natural vegetation or topography greater than 25 feet seaward of the approved structure is prohibited. 15. Driveway and parking areas must be constructed of pervious material. 16. Bids shall be for a GENERAL CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION, for all work contained within these Construction Documents. The bid amount shall be written on the bid form included herein. Bids shall cover the TOTAL COST of all materials and labor necessary to provide a full, complete and functioning residence. Any labor, materials or process in addition to those shown on the drawings or specified that may be necessary to comply with the laws, rules and regulations shall be provided at no additional cost to the Owner. Each bidder will be presumed to have read and to be familiar with the Contract Documents, including any addenda, and. to have carefully checked the existing conditions of the building. Contractor shall provide itemized BREAKDOWN of labor, materials, trade subcontracts, profit and overhead, etc., which shall total the bid amount. Contractor is encouraged to provide references of J° completed work, and any additional information which might be helpful in awarding the Contract.
