WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and olher valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, '
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being*x~ at Cutchogue, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of the Mlddle Hoad and
on the easterly line of a roadway running to the sandpit of the
Town of Southold, said point being 135.8 feet westerly along said
northerly line of Middle Road from the northwest corner of land
of the First Baptist Church; running thence northerly along said
easterly line of said roadway 140 feet; running thence easterly
along land formerly of Ralph W. Sterling and Frank McBride, now
James Mason, 66.87 feet; running thence South along land formerly
of Ralph W. Sterling and Frank McBride, now Delaware Brown, 140
feet to the northerly line of Middle Road; running thence westerly
along said northerly line of the Middle Road 67.9 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
grantor herein by deed dated May 4, 1951 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 7, 1951 in Liber 3224
