Before I left, you asked that I send you photos of any cars parked at the curve and of the landscaper's vehicles as well. Please find those photos attached below. It is my understanding that the parked car belongs to the Staroffs and occupies the area cleared by someone earlier this year. The landscaper's crew has been parking from directly opposite my property at 170 Oak Street and around the curve all summer. This week, for some reason, they moved a little further up the street. It is still obvious from the photos that to pass these vehicles, drivers must still pull out into the middle of the curve to get around them. I hope these help to explain my request for`no parking' signs. These shrubs, which were planted in 1982, have grown into beautiful large specimens and in the spring present our neighborhood with a wall of spectacular blooms. I reatize, that safety must come first and while some trimming must be done to mitigate the alleged unsafe condition, I hope it will be minimal since these older shrubs will root bloom after severe pruning. I also want you to be aware that across from the southwest corner of 220 Oak Street, the road appears to be on private property. Once the rhododendrons are cut, it will unfortunately become more attractive to park there. Already cam have been parked where someone earlier this year"trimmed" some of the rhododendrons. Parked cars an this curve in the street will just be another safety hazard and these bushes will have been cut for no reason. I therefore request the Traffic Committee consider placing "No Parking" signs along the west i side of Oak Street as soon as, orbefore, the rhododendrons are cut. Thank you for your attention to this matter Denise Brown 170 Oak St Cutchoglue, NY 631-734-5617
