ALL that part of Nassau Point (formerly Little Hog Neck) situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the high water line of Lot 112 as shown on a certain map entitled "Amended Map A, of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., dated June 28, 1922 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office August 16, 1922 in File no. 156 as the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 100 as shown on said map; RUNNING through said lagoon two courses as follows: 1 - North 25 degrees 30 minutes East 85 feet; 2 - Thence 25 degrees 30 minutes East 90 feet to the high water mark at the division line between lots Nos. 99 and 101; THENCE westerly along said high water mark and along No. 99 to the point of BEGINNING. Subject to a mortgage made by DAVID J. RICERETO and DELIA L. RICERETO, his Wife, in favor of RIDVAN GOGEN and ELLEYNE G. GOGEN, his Wife, with a current balance of $46,888.42.
