Dear Southold Town Trustees Board,
I am asking to meet with the board at 2000 Youngs road, Orient, NY 11957,an
undeveloped lot with wetlands,adjacent to Long Island Sound.We would like to
identify usable pieces of the property to build a dwelling,and to consider which
areas of property can be cleared of invasive vines with a re-vegetation plan in place.
As this is a vacant lot that is slightly land locked we can meet at 1280 Diedrick Road
in Orient.This is my personal residence and is about 100 yards from the parcel we
will be walking.Any questions please reach out.
