Wilfred May was our grandfather. We hereby request a site visit by the Trustees to address our intent to apply for a permit to install a fence separating the beach on The Property from the adjoining public beach. The Property is listed for sale,and prospective purchasers have commented negatively about people using the beach on The Property including bringing dogs and beach furniture and in one case, indecent sunbathing. Prospective buyers and their agents have reported that the unauthorized Use of the beach by members of the public is a deterrent for them to consider buying The Property. Since we have owned The Property,our family has generally given people permission to use the beach, however we have always reserved (and sometime exercised)our right to exclusive use of the beach. For your benefit we attach a copy of the survey of The Property and we will gladly answer any questions that you have to the best of our ability.Our contact information is listed below.
