The construction consists of a second story and widening of a cantilevered bay window. This construction is within the footprint of the existing one-family residence in that the building will not be closer to the property boundaries or tidal wetlands, the foundation will remain as is and the ground around the building will not be affected. The addition meets the requirements of category # 26 found on page 20 of the New York State Department of Conservation publication, Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations 6 NYCRRPart 661.
