Located: 14032 Oregon Road, Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-72-2-3.2. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposal is CONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP provided the following is known and considered: 1. The hardening of the toe with boulders will accelerate the erosion of the beach over time. 2. The action includes a vegetative restoration plan. The maintenance and survival rates of planted species should be included in any permit. Larger shrubs with deeper root structure should be included in the planting plan. _ Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
