Dear Mr. Rothfeld:
In response to your request for a frest~water wetlands determination for the property identified
below, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that the
proposed project is more than 100 feet from regulated freshwater wetlands. Therefore, no permit is
required under the Freshwater Wetlands Act (Article 24 of the New York State Environmental
Conservation Law).
Proposed action: Construction of swimming pool adjacent to existing house.
