A Wetland Permit (4991) was issued in 1999; however, the current dock does not meet the original permit specifications. Patricia Moore, Esq. on behalf of LASCELLE FAMILY TRUST, c/o ROBERT & LISA LASCELLE, TRUSTEES requests a Wetland Permit for the total length of catwalk 4'x24' (14' into water and 10' landward); "L" shape 6'x20' float with 4'x4' extension for ramp connection; 3'x12' aluminum ramp and two 8" diameter piles; raise catwalk 18" connect to existing piles. Located: 4210 Ole Jule Lane, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-122-4-28 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
