The dock is a permitted structure. A Wetland Permit (4991) was issued in 1999;
however, the current dock does not meet the original permit specifications.
Patricia Moore, Esq. on behalf of LASCELLE FAMILY TRUST, c/o ROBERT & LISA
LASCELLE, TRUSTEES requests a Wetland Permit for the total length of catwalk 4'x24'
(14' into water and 10' landward); "L" shape 6'x20' float with 4'x4' extension for ramp
connection; 3'x12' aluminum ramp and two 8" diameter piles; raise catwalk 18" connect to
existing piles. Located: 4210 Ole Jule Lane, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-122-4-28
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of
the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP)
Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency
Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is
my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in
preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
