Box 1235 Mattituck, NY 11952 Re: Matt-A-Mar SCTM #1000••123-8-28.3 Dear Mr. Cocks: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on September 17, 1992 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Don Cocks on behalf of Matt-A-Mar Marina applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April 9, 1992 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on September 17, 1992 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of Don Cocks on behalf of Matt-A-Mar Marina to construct boat storage building located 65' from retaining wall on the southern boarder of property 83+/-' from high water mark of "Peters Creek." Located Wickham Ave., Mattituck. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. WHEREAS, Ali Agarabi is the owner of the property known and designated as Touch of Venice Restaurant at Matt-A-Mar Marina SCTM#1000-114-3-1, located at Wickham Avenue and Mattituck Creek in Mattituck; and WHEREAS, a formal application for the approval of this site plan was submitted on February 10, 1992; and WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8), Part 617, declared itself Lead Agency and issued a Negative Declaration on June 30, 1992; and WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Site Plan Regulations of the Town of Southold have been met; and WHEREAS, this site plan was certified by Victor Lessard, Principal Building Inspector on July 6, 1992.
