running thence North 77 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds East along
the southerly side of Mason Drive, 140.00 feet; thence South 24
degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds East, 100.00 feet; thence North 77
degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds East, 125.00 feet; thence along Broad-
waters the following 5 tie-line courses and distances: (1) South 76
degrees 57 minutes East, 67.98 feet; (2) South 6 degrees 15 minutes
10 seconds East,191.44 feet; (3) South 51 degrees 33 minutes 20
seconds West, 226.68 feet; (4) North 19 degrees 27 minutes West, 48.50
feet; (5) South 65 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds West, 96.68 feet;
thence North 15 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds West, 391.0 feet to the
southerly side of Mason Drive, the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part and Leona Jantzen, his wife, by dee~recorded in
Liber 3831 cp.323 and Liber 5333 cp.287.
Subject to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $50,000.00
which mortgage was executed and delivered by the party of the second
part to the party of the first part as security for a portion of the
purchase price and which said mortgage is intended to be recorded
simultaheously herewith.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part, if any, of in and to Mason Drive adjacent to said premises
to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER WITH any and all Riparian Rights, if any, and together with all
the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part, if any,
in and to land below high water mark and under the waters of Broadwaters
adjacent to said premises.
