Construct a new timber bulkhead of approximately 20 linear feet with a 6' return with stone rip-rap placed seaward of the new section (this will fill approximately 20 square feet of tidal wetland). Extending 60' north of and in line with the 20' section of new bulkhead will be an earthen berm upon which tidal wetland vegetation will be planted. Approximately 2100 cubic yards of clean fill will be placed on the upland to raise the grade and elevation of the existing single family dwelling (SFD) and garage. The h4,FD will be renovated and a second story will be added to the garage. Other improvements include a proposed entry, ramp on grade, and garden box reconstruction. The project shall be in accordance with plans by Thomas C. Samuels dated 2/1/92 as revised on 7/17/92 (stamped NYSDEC Approved on 10/13/92).
