as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument there set in the ground the southerly
boundary of the land of Peter Kreh and running in a southerly
direction along the highway known as Bay Avenue 61 and four tenths
feet to other land of George H. Riley and others; thence running
in an easterly direction along the land of George H. Riley and
others two hundred fifty feet to a monument there set in the
ground; thence running in a northerly direction along land of
George H. Riley and others 61 and four tenths feet to a monument
there set in the ground the land of Peter Kreh, thence running
in a westerly direction along the land of Peter Kreh 250 feet to
the highway known as Bay Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to ,the grantor
herein by deed dated September 12, 1978, recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on September 14, 1978, in Liber 8498, pqge 211.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid,
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
,the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for 1he purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. '
The vrord "party" shall be cons1rued as if it read "parties" whenever the sense o( this indenture so requires.
