Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Be it RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review of this unlisted action. The Planning Board establishes itself as lead agency, and as Lead Agency makes a determination of non-significance and grants a Negative Declaration. Be it RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grants final approval and authorizes the Chairman to endorse the site plan for The North Fork Country Club signed by John Metzger and dated as received on October 13, 1992 with the following condition: 1. Reasons Supporting This Determination: There has been no correspondence received from any of the other coordinating agencies in the allotted time. Therefore, it is assumed that there are no comments or objections from those agencies. The proposed action involves expanding an existing storage facility for the sole purpose of providing more covered storage space for equipment. The view of the existing building and proposed extension from the street is blocked by a stockade fence and hedge. The applicant also ownes the adjacent property to the west. An environmental assessment has been submitted, reviewed and it was determined that no significant adverse effects to the environment were likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned.
