You will per- form exactly the same procedures for the right door. Do not continue beyond this point if you do not have enough time to complete the assembly today. A partially assembled building can be severely damaged by light winds. The top frame pieces give rigidity to the side walls and provide a surface for attaching the gables which sup- port the roof. 1 Position right & left corner posts at the corners of the floQr frame as shown. The angled end of each post must be placed on top for all four corners. Fasten the corner post to the floor frame with two screws. Support the corner posts with stakes until door jambs,are attached. 2Fasten the door track assembly behind the top of the front corner posts using screws. Screws To Roof Beam 2Cut the weather stripping tape into 40 strips, each strip being about 3' long. Press 17 strips firmly over the notched areas of the roof panels on the right side of roof. Screws To Roof Beam 3At the top roof beam end of pan- els, fasten 2nd, 3rd and 4th roof panel overlaps with a bolt and nut. Press 3 strips over heads of bolts. Save the other' 20 strips for the left side. Follow fastener sequence. 2Cover the joint at the peak with weather stripping tape. Unroll the tape and press it down over the opening at the ridge as you install each roof panel. If this does not help, your building may not be level. Fasten remaining peak caps in the same manner. 3Fasten the lower end of the pan- els to the side wall angles using screws and black washers. Cut and Fold Under 5215 #3 #2 #1 Reducing Large Gable Bulge Loosen eight bolts and nuts shown. Apply pressure with one hand atthe peak of the gable and tighten bolt #1. Keeping pressure on the gable work down the slope tightening each bolt. Excess material will overlap smaller gable at seam.
