Please submit eight (8) revised site plans that incorporate the conditions of the variance, as well as the items contained in the Board's letter to you of September 20, 1988, (copy enclosed). An approved site plan for the addition and a recommendation to the Principal Building Inspector for a Certificate of Occupancy cannot be provided until the site plan is modified as requested in the September 20, 1988 letter. The following changes are requested in order to complete your application: 1. There should be one clearly defined curb-cut of 30 feet in width to control access to the rear parking area. There should not be parking spaces within the access/exit area to State Route-25. Indicate on plan where pavement ends on State Route 25 relative to the property line. 2. The land in-between the building and the street should be landscaped including street trees as per Section A108-41 of the Town Code (Highway Specifications). 3. Parking area drainage, and proposed grades should be . shown. All roof runoff shall be routed to dry wells. 4. Indicate square footage of building and parking required. (One space for every 150 feet of floor area.) 5. Indicate location of dumpster, if any. 6. Indicate outside lighting fixture type and height.
