herein by deed dated July 6, 1973 and recorded July 10, 1973

THE CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a certain' ~Or~gage
executed by Lewis D. Hunt to Southold Savings Bank which morugage
is dated July 6, 1973 and was recorded on July 10, 1973 in the
Office of the Clerk of the C6unty of Suffolk in Liber 6779
mp.331 on which there is now due the s~m of $10,773.58 with interest
