Enclosed is a copy of the plan. Title to Parcel 1 as shown on the plan is currently held by Susan K. Stickney. Title to Parcels 2 and 3, which comprise Lot 3 as shown on the Minor Subdivision Map of Briscoe Smith, is c~rrently held by Albert Stickney and Susan K. Stickney. The Stickneys propose to transfer Parcel 2 to Susan K. Stickney so that it will merge with Parcel 1. Parcel 3 would thus be left with only 30 feet of road frontage, though the new lots will both conform to the minimum area requirement. In addition, the Stickneys propose an addition to the dwelling on Parcel 1 which will be only 68 feet, more or less, from the edge of a wetland. Wetland lines are shown on the plan. Please review the plan and provide me with a Notice of Disapproval covering the foregoing nonconformities and any other nonconformities that would require variances from the Zoning Code.
