Van Tuyl,Engineer and Surveyor,and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map

Together with an easement for ingress and egress over all streets,roads,drives and lanes as laid down
on said map;and also the right of ingress and egress in and to any of the Inlets,Basins or Harbors on
said map,and to moor a boat or boats in Cedar Beach Harbor.
Together with all the right,title and interest of the party of the first part,if any,in and to land in front
of said premises under water in the Peconic Bay,and all of the Riparian rights of the party of the first
part thereto.
Subject to covenants and restrictions of record in Liber 1373,page 446.
Together with all right,title and interest of the party of the first part,if any,to use and enjoy in

The grantor herein reserves for himself a life estate.

of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
