Box 1179 Southold,NY 11971 Re: Rusu residence, 900 Haywaters Road, Cutchogue,N.Y. 11935 Dear Mr. Jarski: Based on my observations of the visible areas,the existing Rl5 fiberglass insulation in the 2"x 4"walls and the existing plumbing for the alteration to the basement, it is my opinion that they conform to the submitted permit plans and to New York State code. The exposed flue from the boiler that goes through the hallway has been enclosed with metal studs and gypsum board. I trust that everything is in order.
