The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey prepared by Kenneth M.
Woychuk Land Surveying, PLLC, dated August 5, 2022, and determined that the
proposed construction of the swimming pool on the captioned property IS NOT out of
the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 275 of the Town Wetland,Code and Chapter'111
of the Town Code.
Field Inspection performed by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski on August 8, 2023 (copy
attached) reports "wetlands on corner of property adjacent to proposed pool".
As such your request for a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction for the above is DENIED.
