On the raised platform adjacent to the building I want to erect a simple 30' x 100' x 1B' high steel frame building for the purposes of warehousing the cutting tools and har.c, tools we buy and sell. The platform would serve as access for semi trailers to pick up and deliver some SO to 1.00 pallets of merchandise we have,handled on a monthly basis during the 30 years of this company's existence.
