Grit Trust, which Deed is dated April 23, 2022 and is being recorded simultaneously and immediately prior
hereto in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk; and (b) Deed from Karen L. Speyer as Trustee of the James
L. Speyer Irrevocable Grit Trust, which Deed is dated April 23, 2022 and is being recorded immediately J

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
