WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerati?n
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heus
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingJil(xke at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Main Road (SR25) distant 385.35
feet southwesterly as measured along the northwesterly side of Main Road (SR25)
from the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of Main Road
(SR25) with the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane which point of beginning is the
southeasterly corner of land of Anne H. Olsen;
RUNNING THENCE North 430 32' 30" West 367.98 feet to other land of Miesner;
RUNNING THENCE North 460 10' 10" East 92.06 feet to land of Glover;
RUNNING THENCE North 510 09' 40~' East 58.14 feet toother land of Miesner;
RUNNING THENCE South 430 32' 30" East 362.92 feet to the northwesterly side of
Main Road (SR25);
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of Main Road (SR25) South 460 10' 10"
West 150 feet to point or place of BEGINNING.
Said premises are known as parcel 3 of a minor sub-division map prepared by
Roderick Van Tuyl, dated January 24, 1983, approved by the Southold Town Planning
Board.
Subject to a Declaration of :ovenants and Restrictions in Liber 9370 cp 216.
THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED to correct the description of Liber 8508, page 295.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, il any, 01 the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads ahutting the above described premises to the center Jines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party 01 the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party. of the. first part, i~ com.pliance w~th Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will rect:lve the conslderatIon [or thiS conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using an)' part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenl'ver the sense of this indenture so requires.
