Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 6 as shown on
a certain map entitled "Morrell LLC and Oregon LLC" and filed November 14, 2006 in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 11463, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by stake along the Northerly side of Mulberry Street where the same

Southwest corner of land to be herein described, said point being also 3,089.29 feet as measured
