8) South 30 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds West, 366.22 feet;
9) Along an arc of a circle bearing to the right, having a radius of
141.25 feet, a distance of 77.96 feet to the true point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE in a southeasterly direction along an arc of a circle
having a radius of 8.54 feet, bearing to the right, a distance of
17.57 feet to the westerly line of a Right of Way known as Lake Way;
THENCE along said westerly line South 00 degrees 22 minutes 40
seconds East, a distance of 267.33 feet;
