The timber piling have been driven to a final grade in accordance with Code requirements. Building piling have been driven to elev. -10.0 m.s.l, and deck piling to elev. -5.0 at a minimum. Timber piling (southern yellow pine) have been treated in accordance with A.W.P.A. C-1 Marine Foundation 1.0 CCAC requirements. Building piling have a rated capacity of 15 ton and deck piling 10. ton at a minimum. Timber girders and braces were not used on this project. A concrete grade beam will form the main foundation wall and building support. This review was intended to check the method and materials for pile installation and pile capacity. We have not checked for foundation location, elevation, nor design adequacy.
