the party of the second part,their heirs,successors and assigns forever,all of party of the first parts'right,

Being,and intended to be,the same premises conveyed by James C.Suda and George A.Suda to Linda
Arslanyan and Varujan Arslanyan by deed dated August 19,2005 and recorded on September 8,2005 in
Liber D00012408 Pg 204,and further conveyed by Vartijan Arslanyan and Linda Arslanyan to the party
of the first part by deed dated February 23,2022 and recorded on May 18,2022 in Deed Liber 13156 pg
546;
This is a Correction Deed. The prior deed was made by Linda Arslanyan,as Trustee of the Linda
Arslanyan 2019 Revocable Trust into Pillar K.Willumstad dated May 24,2022.and recorded on
August 9,2022 in Liber 13168 Pg 322. Said deed erroneously omitted the 50%Tenant in Common
Co-Owner from the Deed,which missing Co-Owner is Linda Arslanyan,as Trustee of the Varujan
Arslanyan 2019 Revocable Trust. This Correction deed is made by both Tenants in Common to
confirm that all of Grantors right,title and interest in and to the premises(100%)was conveyed to
Pillar K.Willumstad.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

SCHEDULE A DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land,situate, lying and being at Arshamomoque,
Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southwesterly line of a certain right of way heading
Southeasterly from the Main Road at the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed by
Charles S.Sage and Vera Y.Sage to.John Higgins,and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Higgins and passing through an iron pipe South
28 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West, 138.00 feet to the shore of the basin;
THENCE through the waters of said basin, North 63 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds
West, 190.94 feet to said shore of said basin;
THENCE along land conveyed by Charles S. Sage and Vera Y.Saga to Christensen
and passing through an iron pipe, North 24 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds, East 133.0
feet to a monument on said Southwesterly line of said right of way;
THENCE along said Southwesterly line two courses,as follows:
1) South 65 degrees 11 minutes 10 seconds East, 100.00 feet to an iron pipe;
2) Thence South 64 degrees 11 minutes 10 seconds East, 100.13 feet to the point of
BEGINNING.
Together with a right or way over said right of way from the Northeasterly comer of the
premises northwesterly about 1440 feet to main road;
Together with,in common with others,the right of ingress and egress to and from
Peconic grantors have as to entrance to basin through land of Fred Young;
Together with the right to erect a wharf 50 feet in length into said basin from premises,
but said wharf shall be located at least 35 feet in from either side line of premises.
Grantee shall have the privilege of dredging out the basin adjoining that premises and
mooring a boar at any bulkhead on premises.
