For Visual reference
Please find attached a rendering of the proposed change to the 2nd floor addition.
To
meet the side yard setback on the 2nd floor, the wall has been relocated 18” to comply with the 10’ minimum as requested by the Town.
I have also attached a rendering of what HPC already
has and approved for comparison.
Please let me know how we should proceed? It may meet the ‘de minimus’ standard and the board would vote?
Whatever is required, I am happy to provide.

The elevation below is what HPC approved at the meeting. Side elevation stays the same, simply moved 18” to comply with Zoning variance.
