building permit has expired, and a Certificate of Occupancy has
never been issued.
According to the Code of the Town of Southold, Article
XXVIII 100-284, it is unlawful to occupy or use a structure
until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
Please contact this office as soon as possible so that we
may clear up this matter.

Your petition has been forwarded to this office by the Local Tidal Wet-
lands Permit Administrator who has made a review and site inspection.
As a result we have determined that construction of the proposed one
family dwelling will have no adverse effect on adjacent tidal wetlands.
Therefore, pursuant to Part 660.1, NYCRR (Proposed) and the Commissioners
Directive dated November 12, 1973, you are he=eby notified that no permit
will be necessary.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing locatidn of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon appro.val of this application, the Building Inspector will i~sued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
