I will need energy compliance information---not sure if you will pass a ResCheck, if not, propose prescriptive values and revise plans. Also,the plans indicate the deck boards will be replaced during construction which is okay being that the deck has a CO and C of C from the Trustees, however, if work goes beyond just replacing deck boards,an amendment will need to be submitted for this building permit and you will need a Trustees permit.
