All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, ~nore particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Midland Parkway
with the Northerly side of Main Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the Easterly side of Midland Parkway
North 24 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East 318.63 feet to the Southerly side of Lot No. 1 as
shown on "Map of Seawood Acres, Section 1", filed No. 2575;
RUNNING THENCE along the Southerly side of said Lot No. 1 South 67 degrees 46 minutes
00 seconds East 137.0 feet to other land now or formerly of Adolph R. Trapp;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 25 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds West 324.74 feet
to the Northerly side of Main Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of Main Bayview Road, North 65 degrees 13
minutes 20 seconds West 132.0 feet to the comer aforesaid at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right to the use of a fifty foot fight of way in common with others,
extending southerly from the Southerly line of Main Bayview Road (adjacent to land now or

INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application must be completely filled in by Wpewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
APPLICATION IS HEREBY MADE to the Building Department for the issuance of a Building Permit pursuant to the
Building Zone Ordinance o.f the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and other applicable Laws, Ordinances or
